There are adjustment knobs on the Macromatic VAKP024D voltage monitor relay that allow you to set the pick-up and drop-out voltages. The Umax knob sets the pick-up between 18 to 30VDC, while the Umin knob sets the drop-out as a percentage of the pick-up voltage, from 75-95% (or 18-28V). For example, if the pick-up voltage was set at 24V, and the the drop-out was set at 85%, the drop-out would be approximately 20VDC. There is also a screwdriver-operated dial that sets the time delay from 0.1-10 seconds. The voltage has to go below the drop-out level for longer than the set time delay for the relay to de-energize.
