Yes, the Menics MS135B-01-C beacon light can be used for a forklift. Keep in mind that it does use an incandescent bulb, so it would require regular replacement. Replacement bulbs are available separately. If you'd like to upgrade to LED for much fewer bulb replacements, the MAL-T15-D-12-C is the LED replacement that can work with this light. Otherwise, if you'd like an LED beacon to start with, there is the MS135T-R00-C, which already comes with an LED light.
