The difference between the Light Efficient Design LED-8075M345-FW and LED-8075M345-FW-HV post top LED lights is that the -HV model is a high voltage version. The LED-8075M345-FW is 120-277V, while the -HV light is 277-480V. Otherwise, both lights operate the same and are the same size with the same power output and color temperature.
