No, the AerosUSA 1732013415 cable entry plate does not need separate grommets. It has 14 pre-molded entries with a double membrane design. Made for cables that are not attached to a connector, the cables are simply pushed through both membranes to the other side. The cable entries can accept varying sizes of cable. There are 10 entries that fit a 0.11-0.26" (2.8-6.5mm) diameter and 4 that work with a 0.57-0.87" (14.5-22mm) diameter.
