While the Mencom MDC-4MRFP-10M M12 cordset specifically is not available as standard in an 18 AWG or 20 AWG version, there is the MDC-4MFPX-10M, which is a 4 pin, M12 cordset with 10 meters of cable and 18 AWG wire. The main difference is that this cordset has male and female straight connectors, as opposed to one male right angle and one female straight connector.
