While there is not a direct replacement for the Light Efficient Design LED-8046M40-A LED post top light, the next closest thing would be the LED-8024M345-G7-FW. It has a smaller housing so it can fit into more fixtures, and has a selectable color temperature and wattage. Color temperature can be 3000K, 4000K, 5000K, while wattage can be 35W, 45W, or 60W.
