The Remphos RP-B-CR-9N-12L-40K-WC LED retrofit kit is a replacement light engine made for surface mount ceiling light drum fixtures. It does not attach directly to a surface, it is inserted into a ceiling light housing and mounts to the fixture backing, as seen in this image below:
Whether it will work for your fixture would depend on what kind of backing it has, as well as whether the shade dimensions will fit over it. We also have a separate selection of LED ceiling light fixtures if you wish to replace the entire fixture.
