The Remphos RPT-LEDBLOCK-200L-750-G3 LED high bay retrofit kit has been discontinued and is no longer available. However, it was intended to be retrofitted into an existing housing and not meant to be open to the elements. It was designed to be used in a wall pack, shoebox, enclosed canopy, etc. Examples are shown in the image below:
