It is not recommended that the Coxreels 8302 heavy duty band be used for this servomotor application. While it can work with 1/2 hp motors, it is too large for the 19mm shaft.
Is there a version of the Coxreels 8302 heavy duty band brake that I can use to load a small 1/2hp servomotor with 19mm smooth shaft for test purposes Coxreels 8302 Heavy Duty Band Brake, 1185 Series
I need to test a non-UL Listed servo system to verify motor overload performance so only short term loading needed, approx 15-30s.
