The Mueller BU-45 multipurpose clip can sometimes be nicknamed as a "pee-wee" clip due to its small size, but it does not have any other distinction internationally other than multipurpose clip. Sometimes alligator clips are referred to as crocodile clips outside the US, however the BU-45 is not always referred to as an alligator clip.
