The Z+F V30AE001143 wire end sleeve is made to splice two wires together. Before inserting, the wire insulation needs to be stripped off each wire according to the proper strip length, which in this case is 16mm (0.63"). Then the stripped ends are inserted into the end sleeve through the insulated side, where they will meet in the metal side. Make sure the stripped ends are completely covered. Using a crimp tool, crimp down on the metal side of the end sleeve. It may take more than one crimp to make sure there is a secure connection and that the end sleeve does not fall off.
