A repeat cycle ON relay has two time delays, an ON delay and an OFF delay. In this case, the ON time delay starts first (which is the opposite of a repeat cycle OFF function). As the name suggests, the relay energizes, or is ON, when the time delay starts and the input voltage is present. After the ON time delay ends, the relay de-energizes for the duration of the OFF time delay. Once the OFF delay finishes, the relay re-energizes once again for the ON time delay. The cycle continues to repeat itself as long as the input voltage is present
