Since the Mencom M32-3/4 thread adapter has male M32 thread and female 3/4" NPT thread, it sounds like you need an adapter with the reverse. While there is not an adapter with male 3/4" NPT thread and female M32 thread, it may be possible to use a Sealcon AT-3425-BR 3/4" NPT to M25 adapter along with an EM-2532-BR M25 to M32 enlarger.
