The wiring for connecting a Seifert 301511 thermostat to a Peltier thermoelectric cooler is shown below. It is recommended that the DC thermoelectric units should be wired in a way so the internal fan runs all the time to avoid hot spots in the electronics. However if that is not a concern, the unit can be wired so the fans shutoff with the Peltier element per wire diagram shown below.
The manual for the thermostat also shows how to connect a sensor jack. The sensor jack is optional. The 301511 thermostat already has a built-in sensor, so the sensor jack is not necessary unless you wish to monitor the temperature from several feet away. In most cases, that is not necessary.
