Whether the Sealcon CF11AR-BK cable gland is waterproof without an O-Ring would depend on the type of surface it is being attached to. If the surface is smooth, it is possible to reach IP 67. If it is crucial the application be waterproof, it is recommended to use an O-Ring or test it first.
