Yes, we can ship to Germany. For international shipments, we ask that you email us at sales@majorelectronix.com for a quote. We also ask that you have your own UPS, FedEx, or DHL account number. We accept payment through Paypal or wire transfer. Overseas shipments take an additional 10-15 business days on average. There should not be an issue with customs since you will be providing us with your account number
