No, the DuraChoice PA204B-V30 dry utility vacuum pressure gauge cannot be re-calibrated. Only liquid filled pressure gauges can be re-calibrated. The liquid filled gauges have a rubber stopper on the back which can be lifted out to release pressure. If a dry utility gauge does not go back to 0 it needs to be replaced. The liquid filled version of this gauge is PB204B-V30 which is linked below:
