The liquid filled gauges are already calibrated at the factory, but things like pressure and temperature changes during shipping can off-set them. They can be reset by venting them. Slide a fingernail under the rubber cap on the side of the housing to release the pressure. The indicator should go back to 0. A little bit of the liquid may leak out, but that's ok. Simply clean it off the housing
