The other side of the Cnlinko LP-12-J02PP-02-001 cable connector is the cable entry side. When disassembled, there are solder cups to solder the wires to, similar to this 2-Pin LP-20 connector shown below. Once the wires are soldered in, the connector can be reassembled and tightened back up. The LP-12-J02PP-02-001 solder cups accommodate a 20 AWG (0.5mm2) wire size and the cable entry fits a 7 mm (0.28") cable diameter. Assuming you have the right connections, this should be ok to use to attach a trail camera to a solar panel.
