The Sealcon CD22M7-BR cord grips have a NEMA 4x (IP 65) rating which is total protection from dust and water jets. The cable can't be less than 80% of the diameter of the hole. The difference between the cable's diameter and the diameter of the hole cant be more than 0.04". A NEMA 6 (IP 68) submersible rating is possible to achieve if you have an ideal fit. It is recommended to get just a few pieces to test the final assembly of cables and fittings beforehand to confirm if it is submersible.
