The keypad on the front set the programming for the Red Lion C48 series panel meter counter. Press and hold the 2nd key to access the programming menu, then use the 2nd key to scroll through the list of settings. The 3rd and 4th keys can then scroll through the options for a certain setting. Press the 2nd key to select that option and go back to the programming menu. More info can be found in the user manual, which is linked below:
