Interface: Seilert 301511 Thermostat and 3050303 Thermoelectric Cooler Seifert 301511 SoliTherm Fahrenheit Electronic Thermostat 24V DC

Hello, my question is in regards to the Seifert 3050303 24V 170, and the 301511 SoliTherm Fahrenheit Electronic Thermostat 24V DC. It's not clear to me how these are to be connected electrically.I didn't find a schematic showing their integration.

Can the thermostat be mounted within the cabinet (away from heat sources)?

Does the thermostat come with the heat sensor? Or, is the sensor a separate purchase? If separate, what is the part number, etc.? Thanks

Below is an illustration on how to wire the Seifert 301511 thermostat to a 3050303 thermoelectric cooler. The thermostat can be mounted anywhere as long as that space doesn't exceed the operating temperature of -13 F to 158 F. This thermostat does have an internal sensor. Please see the datasheet linked below. Also linked below is a datasheet for an external temperature sensor.
