The default setting for the Menics ATEP-RG Andon tower light is a red flashing light and a steady green light. If you've already bought this light and want the red & green lights to flash, you can set the green light to flash by re-wiring. Normally, the switch for the green LED is connected to a Steady COM (orange wire). To make it flash, the switch needs to be wired to a Flashing COM (sky blue wire). Keep in mind this may need to be done by a professional electrician, as it may not be easy for someone not familiar with re-wiring (See diagram below).
If you have not bought this light yet, and want the red and green lights to flash, please email us at sales@majorelectronix.com for a quote and tell us you want to have both the red & green lights flashing. This can then be modified by the manufacturer before shipping.
