While there is not a 12mp-4-b available, you can get a MDCM or MDCPM-12MP-4M-B. These would be considered custom parts and would have a minimum order quantity of 25 pieces. You can email sales@majorelectronix.com for a quote. 5 meters is considered standard and currently there are 45 pieces of the MDCPM-12MP-5M-B in stock.
