One way to test whether the Remphos RP-SFL-20W-40K-BK-G1 LED solar flood light is working is to cover the solar panel completely, perhaps with cardboard, press the small power button, and see if the light comes on. The power button must be engaged in order for the flood light to work. If that does not help, sending detailed pictures of the installation may help identify the problem.
