To reset the Macromatic TR-60622 time delay relay, the input voltage needs to be applied for at least 0.1 seconds and removed to set it back to the OFF state. It will take as long as the time delay setting to reset the relay once the input voltage has been removed. The 4th paragraph in the instruction manual also describes how to reset the relay, which is linked below:
