In this Mega Electronics universal jumper cord, SJT stands for Service Junior Thermoplastic. Service Junior means the cable is rated for no more than 300V and Thermoplastic indicates what the cable jacket material is made of. 3x18AWG indicates it is a 3 conductor cable with 18 AWG wires.
