The Menics PRE-02-G LED module is designed for the PRE series tower lights, so the type of tower light it is used in would determine whether the LEDs are steady or flashing. The PRE series tower lights do come in steady or flashing versions. Whether a PRE tower light is in steady or flashing mode depends on the wiring. Wiring diagrams are shown below.
