The measurements listed in the product titles and dimensional drawings for the Boxco electrical enclosures are shown in millimeters. The measurements are listed by width x length x depth. Width would refer to the top and bottom dimensions of the enclosure (the sides without hinges or latches) while the length refers to the left and right side dimensions of the enclosure (the sides that have the hinges or latches). The closest hinged lid Boxco enclosure to a 13" length x 9" height x 4" depth would be the 250 x 350 x 150 mm. The longer sides measure 13.78", the shorter sides measure 9.84", and the depth is 5.91". They are available in four versions, which are linked below: Polycarbonate or ABS plastic, with a solid or clear cover. Holes may be drilled into the sides if necessary.
