We do have Sealcon strain relief cord grips with an elongated thread that should work with a 1/4" hole thickness. While they are not available with a Romex insert already installed, you can purchase the Romex insert separately and switch out the standard insert with the Romex one. The components you would need are linked below:
CD16CR-BK - black strain relief cord grip with elongated PG 16 thread (Thread length is 0.59" (15 mm) )
PG16-01INS - Romex insert
NP-16-BK - PG 16 black nylon lock nut (Thickness is 0.24")
OR-16-BN - PG 16 Buna-N O-Ring
