Do the poles and light resist hurricane winds of 170mph or greater and harsh environments - less than 50' from beach area

My project is 50' from the beach and the owner required a solar lighting with pole in the Caribbean. Does the pole resist hurricane winds 170mph or greater and harsh environment?

The Remphos RP-SAL series solar LED area lights and brackets are not recommended for installations where the wind may be higher than 90 MPH. Also keep in mind the area lights and brackets are sold separately, and do not come with poles.
