The power draw for the LED-9101M high bay luminaire is based on whatever lamp is used, and it can work with lamps up to 150 watts. So if you are using a 95 watt lamp, it will be pulling 95 watts.
Is this fixture pulling 150w at all times? Lamp is 95w. How much wattage am I pulling? 150w or 95w? Light Efficient Design LED-9101M 16'' High Bay Luminaire
