The LED-7312-40K-G2 LED PL light is a non-dimmable bulb. Using a dimmer with it is not recommended, because it could cause an unsafe condition. Basically, if a dimmer were used, the input voltage would be reduced, and the bulb would try to pull more current to compensate. More current would generate excess heat which could cause melting or burning.
Your best bet in this instance would be to use a something like a nightlight or a lighted outlet cover. If you have a vanity fixture that uses globe lights, we do have globe lights that are dimmable when used with an approved dimmer. Keep in mind these globe lights are discontinued and are limited to what we have left in stock.
