In terms of mounting the Cnlinko YT-RJ45-JSX-16-001, there are not specific requirements as to how strong the wall or panel needs to be. As long as the wall or panel is secure enough to hold a screw-mount, the socket will be able to be installed. It does come with mounting screws. To install, simply drill 3 holes on the wall or panel as shown in the drawing below (two for the screws, one for the socket) mount the socket, and secure into place:

This socket does need to be used with the YT-RJ45-CPE-10-002 RJ45 plug in order to be weatherproof. You can install your own cable into it, as it shows in the video below:
