The Menics H08F-12G LED indicator has a high intensity light that is not dimmable on its own. You may need to re-wire the LED indicator with a potentiometer or similar device in order to change the brightness. As another option, the round (M08R-12G) and protrusive head (M08P-12G) versions of this LED indicator have a less intense light, with a 70-100 mcd luminous intensity, as opposed to the flat head version which has a 200-300 mcd luminous intensity.
