Because the ILME CAV-16G29 hood has a gasket, it is actually meant to attach with another hood (that does not have a gasket) as part of an in-line connection, rather than a base. The CAV-16G29 will attach to these hoods:
CAO-16.29
CAV-16.29
If you are looking for a 77.27 size hood with a PG 29 cable entry that will attach to a base, the two hoods mentioned above will be compatible with these bases:
Bulkhead mount base-
CHI-16
Surface mount base-
CAP-16.29
The key to remember when attaching ILME hoods & bases is only one side can have a gasket on it.
