If all the port LEDs on the Red Lion N-Tron series 708TX are on, regardless of whether they are connected, this typically indicates a problem with the input power. The switch is stuck in the boot-up process. This may be because there is not enough power going into the switch or due to other electrical issues at the source. It is recommended that you check the power source for the switch. Verify the amperage and make sure there is 10-30V DC power being supplied.
