Using a switch with the Menics MT4B2BL-RG 2 tier tower light to change between the red and green would depend on how it is wired. Typically each LED is controlled by a switch as seen in this wiring diagram:
If you are looking for an on/off switch, it may be possible to wire it to a 2 position selector switch (Left is red, right is green) or a 3 position selector switch (Left is red, right is green, center is off).
